Licenses

General information:

The IMAGE SHOP offers only pictures and photos (items), which are created by Creative Dragon Works (Henning Wiekhorst). There no connection to any agency! On choice the items are offered under the following licenses:

Standard-License:

The items may be used on either one domain, in one PDF-file, in one film or video or one printed media as in example a flyer, brochure, catalog, book or magazine (one issue). So one item can only be used in one of the mentioned media. The number of occurrence per single media is not limited.

Credits must be given to „Creative Dragon Works“. Upon Internet usage a link to https://creative-dragon-works.de/photo should be installed.

With exception of the purchasing-price ranging from 2.00 to 5.00 Euro/item no further license-fees apply.

Reselling items as trading products is prohibited.

Upon offence to this license, Creative Dragon Works as operator of this IMAGE SHOP has the right to collect the amount of difference betwenn the price of this Standard-License and the Extended-License for the relevant item.

Extended-License

Comprises the unlimited usage of paid items under the duty to credit "Creative Dragon Works".

In case of Internet usage a link to https://creative-dragon-works.de/photo should be installed.

With exception of the purchasing-price of 30.00 Euro/item no further license-fees apply.

Reselling items as trading products is prohibited.
